Paste the tracking number from your shipping email below. Tracking can take 2–5 days to show its first scan after we hand the parcel to the carrier — that is normal and it is on its way. Most US orders arrive 7–14 days after shipping.

If tracking has not moved in 7 business days, or it has been 20 days since your shipping email, write to support@halofaire.com with your order number and we will chase it. If it still has not arrived 30 days after shipping we reship or refund in full.
